Lathoor
Comprehensive Rural Development Scheme, (LCRDS)
Lathoor is a division consists of many
Villages. It is a remote area with
undeveloped hamlets. Veeraragavapuram and
Nurgunapet belong to Lathoor division in
Kacheepuram District. It is at around 80 K.M
away from Chennai via Mahabalipuram on East
Cost Road ( E.C.R). Already began the
development scheme’s functional structure.
It has been adopted 10 Villages at
first phase, out of 10 Villages 3 Village’s,
earth work have commenced. The salient
features of the scheme will bring out basic
needs for the illiterates who belong to
Below Poverty Line (BPL). The Compressive
Village development program will touch the
education from Primary School, Middle School,
High School and Higher Secondary School. Of
course the programme will be a constructional
change in the villages. And a college
construction is also very inevitable need at
Lathoor. On account of these gradual
developing programme will make a facelift
in the above said areas.
For
this purpose the necessary facelift is
required where we can analyze and provide
the compressive programme. Education is
power and a powerful weapon for peace. On the
basis to create a peaceful atmosphere will
get in these areas.
